On 10th of June 1892, the composer Jean Sibelius married Aino Järnefelt in the great hall of Tottesund Mansion. It was a small wedding and only Aino’s family, Jean’s siblings and Tottesund’s tenant farmers attended. The party lasted for three days and consisted of music, dance and songs.
